Stellar Resources (ASX:SRZ) said drill hole ZM194 at its Heemskirk tin project in Tasmania returned several zones of tin mineralization, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The intersections include nearly four meters at 0.82% tin from 206.1 meters and 3.7 meters at 0.41% tin from 214 meters, per the filing.
The intersections occur outside of the Severn resource structure at shallower depths and along trend to the south of the high-grade Montana resource, showing potential for the two resource zones to link along strike and at depth, the company said.
Stellar Resources has started a follow-up hole to test below the intersection in ZM194, while a second drill rig is testing additional zones along the Severn trend outside the resource to the north of Montana.
