Zscaler reaffirmed its forecasts for the first quarter and fiscal year ahead of its investor day.
The San Jose, California-based company on Tuesday said it continues to expect adjusted per-share earnings between $1.15 and $1.16 and revenue between $935 million and $939 million for the current quarter.
For the current fiscal year, Zscaler continues to guide for adjusted earnings per-share between $4.86 and $4.90 and for revenue between $3.91 billion and $3.94 billion.
The company had previously provided the forecasts on Sept 3. It announced a restructuring the same day that included plans to cut 3% of its workforce as it reallocates resources to support its AI and growth initiatives.
Zscaler said it would outline its strategy, platform innovation, go-to-market priorities, and long-term growth drivers at its Tuesday investor day. The company said its cybersecurity offerings are becoming more valuable in the age of AI as customers contend with challenges protecting against AI-driven threats, securing their data and securely deploying AI.
"The agentic AI era is quickly becoming the most significant opportunity in our company's history," Chief Executive Jay Chaudhry said.
"Backed by a powerful customer growth flywheel, we have multiple growth engines that we believe will enable us to capitalize on AI tailwinds."
