Ichigo Office REIT Investment's Portfolio Occupancy Rises to 97.5% in September

Ichigo Office REIT Investment's (TYO:8975) portfolio occupancy rate rose to 97.5% in September from 97.2% in August, according to a Tuesday filing with the Tokyo Exchange.

Occupancy in Central Tokyo, including Chiyoda, Minato, Chuo, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Shinagawa, rose to 97.8% from 97.4%, while the Tokyo Metropolitan Area increased to 98.3% from 97.9%, the filing said.

Portfolio occupancy across four major regional cities, including Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo, rose to 95.5% from 95.4%, while other regional cities remained flat at 98.9% in September.
