Resonac Adjusts Conversion Price on Convertible Bonds After Partial Spin-Off

Resonac Holdings (TYO:4004) has lowered the conversion price for its zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2028 to 4,444.1 yen from 4,510.9 yen, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The Tokyo-listed company said that the adjustment, effective on or after Oct. 1, follows a partial spin-off of Crasus Chemical.
