Australian Foundation Investment Proposes Fiscal 2027 Fully Franked Dividend, Shifts to Quarterly Payouts

Australian Foundation Investment (ASX:AFI, NZE:AFI) proposed a fully franked fiscal 2027 dividend of AU$0.37 per share, comprising a AU$0.27 ordinary dividend and a AU$0.10 special dividend, subject to final board approval and market conditions, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company will also shift to quarterly dividend payments from semi annual, with the first quarterly dividend of AU$0.0925 per share, comprising AU$0.0675 ordinary and AU$0.025 special, payable on Nov. 12 to shareholders on record as of Oct. 16, the filing said.
The company's Australian and New Zealand shares each gained 1% in recent Thursday trade.
