Divfex's (KLSE:DFX) subsidiaries have secured two supply agreements worth a total of 120.1 million ringgit to provide equipment for a 15-megawatt data center fit-out in Penang, Malaysia, according to a Wednesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.
Under the first contract, valued at 84.4 million ringgit, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Diversified Gateway, will supply generator sets, transformers, switchgear, and low-voltage equipment.
Meanwhile, Excel Commerce Solutions, a 51%-owned subsidiary, signed a separate agreement worth 35.7 million ringgit to supply cables for the facility.
Both contracts were signed with an undisclosed Malaysian data center company and are expected to be executed within three months from the first delivery, with a possible six-month extension by mutual written agreement.
