Take-Two Interactive Software Enters License Deal With Microsoft for Xbox Devices

Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO) said in a late Wednesday regulatory filing that it has entered a new long-term agreement with Microsoft (MSFT), which offers Take-Two the right to develop, publish, market, distribute, and sell Xbox-compatible products for all Xbox devices.

Under the license deal, Microsoft will pay Take-Two the applicable wholesale price and/or agreed revenue share for any of the company's digitally delivered products and content sold by Microsoft, according to the filing.

Microsoft will also charge Take-Two fees for each physical media product manufactured on behalf of the company, per the filing.
