United Arrows (TYO:7606) changed its corporate name to Tabaya Holdings, effective Thursday, and completed its transition to a holding company, according to a same-day Tokyo bourse filing.
A wholly owned subsidiary named United Arrows Ltd. has succeeded all rights and obligations of the menswear retail company's businesses, except those linked with the group's management and administration.
The transition looks to usher the company's business diversification, boost group management capacities, solidify corporate governance and raise its operating subsidiaries' autonomy.
