The Philadelphia Housing Index was decreasing 0.9%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) was down 0.8%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was up 0.4% at $83,772, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries rose 3.8 basis points to 5.29%.
In corporate news, Ally Financial (ALLY) shares were down 0.7% after Wells Fargo downgraded the company's stock to equalweight from overweight and lowered its price target to $42 from $55.
