Data center operator Firmus Grid has set a price of A$11 per share for its initial public offering, seeking a valuation of A$43.7 billion ($30.3 billion), the Australian Financial Review reported Thursday, citing pricing sent to potential investors.

Firmus's bankers told investors they have already received indicative bids to fill the US$5 billion (A$7 billion) raising at A$11 per share, and the deal may be upsized by another US$500 million, the report said.

The AFR said Firmus will start taking institutional bids on Tuesday and seek to complete the deal by Friday next week, with a listing targeted for Oct. 23.

Firmus did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
