Transurban Group (ASX:TCL) executed deeds to implement the New South Wales toll reform, according to an Australian bourse filing on Wednesday after market hours.
The broader reform package is expected to deliver long-term benefits for motorists while preserving existing concession values without negatively impacting the company's distributions in the near term, the filing added.
