1755 ET - Nike's Pace plan to transform its operational model involves trimming its workforce. "The final part of Pace is enhancing the way we work across Nike, which will change the shape and size of our workforce, Chief Executive Elliott Hill says during a call with analysts. Nike will eliminate duplication in some areas to reduce the overall number of roles across the company, Hill said. Pace is designed to streamline decision-making and create savings to invest, as the company looks to return to sales growth.
