Alpha Modus Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Listing Rules

Alpha Modus (AMOD) said Thursday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing rules, specifically the minimum stockholders' equity requirement of $2.5 million.

The firm said in a regulatory filing that it currently has stockholders' equity well in excess of $200 million after a recent closing of a private investment in public equity transaction.

Alpha said it issued about 51.6 million Class A shares and warrants to buy some 51.6 million additional shares to investors for 3,170 bitcoin.

Shares were up over 15% in midday trading.
