Anthropic plans to invest $100 million in the Claude Frontier Academy to train 10,000 AI engineers by the end of 2027, CNBC reported Friday.
The program will train engineers from companies in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network to deploy AI within businesses.
Accenture, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk are among the companies represented in the initial groups, CNBC reported.
The program will begin with simulated enterprise deployments, followed by a residency modeled on medical training. Anthropic expects the first engineers to be certified in early 2027.
