Elixir Energy (ASX:EXR) began the second phase of flow testing at its Lorelle-3H appraisal well in Queensland's Taroom Trough after a 60-day reservoir soak and initial clean-up flows, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The testing is intended to assess sustained deliverability, evaluate the soak's impact on productivity, collect pressure and flow data, and support the company's maiden reserves booking, per the filing.
Subject to assessment, Lorelle-3H could form the foundation production well for the Warkon Pilot, located around 55 kilometers from the Wallumbilla Gas Hub, the filing added.
