Cinemark to Add 20 SCREENX Auditoriums Across US, Latin America

Cinemark (CNK) and CJ 4DPLEX agreed to add 20 SCREENX auditoriums across Cinemark's theater network, including 17 in the US and three in Latin America, the companies said Wednesday.
Six of the new US auditoriums are scheduled to open in 2026, bringing Cinemark's domestic SCREENX footprint to 30.
The expansion builds on the companies' partnership that began in 2022 and will bring the panoramic cinema format to additional audiences across the Americas.
