Liquidia (LQDA) said Wednesday that the US District Court for the District of Delaware has ruled that two of the six claims asserted against the company are "valid and infringed" in litigation filed by United Therapeutics (UTHR).

Shares slumped 49% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 11.5 million from a daily average of about 1.4 million.

Lion Group (LGHL) sold its entire Solana holdings and a portion of its Bitcoin holdings, with the proceeds used to acquire about 38,102 additional Hyperliquid tokens, it said Wednesday. Upon completion of the reallocation, the company holds roughly 232,900 HYPE, a position valued at about $20.1 million.

Shares dropped 3.4% as intraday trading volume soared to over 19.1 million from a daily average of roughly 278,000.

Roze AI's (RZAI) shares sank 27% in midday trading after the company announced Tuesday its listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
