Alligator Energy (ASX:AGE) received AU$1.8 million in escrowed proceeds from the sale of its Northern Territory uranium assets to DevEx Resources (ASX:DEV), according to an Australian bourse filing on Wednesday after market hours.

The escrow funds were released following renewal of the exploration access agreement for EL24921 and EL24922 at Tin Camp Creek, satisfying the sale agreement's release condition, per the filing.

The funds strengthen the company's cash position as it advances its Samphire and Big Lake uranium projects in South Australia, the filing added.
