AceVector's initial public offering in India was slightly oversubscribed by the end of second day of bidding, reflecting investor appetite for the parent company of e-commerce platform Snapdeal, according to the latest data available on the National Stock Exchange's website.
Data showed that the company had offered on a consolidated basis 74.2 million shares and received bids for 84.2 million shares by the time markets closed on Monday.
The IPO was subscribed 1.34 times by retail investors and 1.20 times by non-institutional investors, according to the NSE data.
The company is seeking to go public at a valuation of 17.4 billion Indian rupees, with share trading expected to commence on Oct. 5.
