Mapletree Investments is evaluating a potential India office REIT listing that could raise up to SG$600 million, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The company, a unit of Singaporean wealth fund Temasek, has held talks with banks on placing four office parks across Mumbai, Chennai, Pune and Bengaluru into a REIT, according to the report.
The proposed trust could be valued at about SG$2.5 billion, with a Mumbai listing targeted for mid-to-late 2027. However, discussions remain preliminary, Bloomberg said.
Temasek told MT Newswires it does not comment on its portfolio companies' business decisions, while Mapletree did not immediately respond to the request for comment.
