0402 GMT - Dr. Reddy's Laboratories' North America revenue is expected to trough this fiscal year, supported by the potential U.S. launch of abatacept biosimilar and the resumption of semaglutide supplies in Canada, Citi Research's Vivek Agrawal says in a note. At the same time, improving growth in India, other emerging markets and Europe is driving a favorable shift in business mix toward more sustainable earnings streams, the U.S. bank says. Citi raises its rating on the stock to buy from sell. The bank increases its target price to 1,450 rupees from 1,040 rupees, reflecting improving earnings visibility, strong execution in non-U.S. markets and potential margin expansion. Shares are 1.5% higher at 1,240.75 rupees.
