Accelevation (ACCV) priced its initial public offering of 30 million class A shares at $18 each, the company said late Tuesday.
The company said it is offering 10 million shares, while existing stockholders affiliated with Olympus Partners are selling 20 million shares.
The selling stockholders also granted underwriters an option to buy up to 4.5 million additional shares, it added.
Accelevation said it expects its shares to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker ACCV on Wednesday, with the offering expected to close Thursday.
The company said it plans to use its proceeds to repay debt, cover offering and related expenses and for general corporate purposes.
Accelevation will not receive proceeds from the shares sold by existing stockholders.
