Voyager Technologies Concludes $402.5 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering

Voyager Technologies (VOYG) has completed its $402.5 million private offering of 0% convertible senior notes due 2032 to institutional buyers, the company said late Monday.

The amount includes $52.5 million of notes issued in connection with the initial purchasers' full exercise of their option, the company said.

From and after July 15, 2032, noteholders may convert their notes at any time until the close of business on the second scheduled trading day immediately before the maturity date, the company said.

Net proceeds of about $391.6 million will be used for certain apped call transactions and general corporate purposes, the company said.
