ActivePort Group Signs Three-Year Deal With Atturra; Shares Jump 9%

ActivePort Group (ASX:ATV) secured a three-year agreement with Atturra (ASX:ATA) to provide the network, cloud, compute, and graphics processing unit (GPU) orchestration platform supporting Atturra's inference-as-a-service offering, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The platform will enable customers and partners to quote, order, provision, manage and monitor connectivity, cloud, compute, and GPU services through a branded self-service portal, while automating processes and accelerating the delivery of new artificial intelligence and compute capacity, per the filing.

The agreement provides the company with an upfront customization payment and recurring annual software license fees, the filing added.

ActivePort Group's shares jumped 9% in recent Tuesday trade.
