UL Solutions (ULS) said late Tuesday it launched a certification program for liquid cooling subassemblies used in artificial intelligence data centers and other high-density computing systems.
The program applies to eligible liquid-filled components and subassemblies that circulate coolant through information and communication technology equipment, according to a statement.
