NutryFarm International Forms New Three Subsidiaries

NutryFarm International (SGX:AZT) has incorporated two new subsidiaries in China and one in Ireland since April, according to a Monday filing to the Singapore bourse.

On Sept. 15, wholly owned subsidiary AI Nova set up a subsidiary in Ireland called AI EURO DC (IRELAND), with an issued and paid-up share capital of $500 comprising 500 ordinary shares priced at $1 each.

In China, NutryFarm formed Hangzhou Xinmai Intelligent Technology on Aug. 28 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan.

Additionally, the company established Shanghai Nuosijiada Technology on April 20, which was initially wholly owned by Xiongan AI Nova Technology. On Sept. 7, the entity was renamed Shanghai Xinmai Intelligent Technology, and its ownership was restructured into a 50:50 joint shareholding between Hebei Xinmai Intelligent Technology and Xiongan AI Nova Technology.
