Huaihe Energy Gets Selected to Develop Four Photovoltaic Projects in Yunnan

Huaihe Energy (SHA:600575) received selection notices from the Honghe Prefecture Energy Bureau in China's Yunnan Province, confirming the company as the selected enterprise for four photovoltaic power generation projects.
The Luchaichong, Mabao, Xinzhai and Yanfeng projects have a combined planned installed capacity of 320,000 kilowatts, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The company said the selection supports its "two joint operations" strategy and the construction of a wind, solar and hydro clean energy base in Yunnan.
Shares of the logistics and power company rose 1% in recent trade.
