Nanjing Iron & Steel's (SHA:600282) controlling shareholder will change after the transfer of its majority stake, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
Nanjing Iron & Steel Group will acquire 57.1% of the company's stake from Nanjing Iron & Steel United, becoming the company's direct controlling shareholder instead of its indirect controlling shareholder.
The new controlling shareholder will also fully acquire Nanjing Iron & Steel United.
