RTX (RTX) unit Raytheon was awarded a $247.1 million contract from the US Navy for the production, conversions, upgrades and overhauls of MK 15 Close-In Weapon Systems, as well as related hardware, equipment and spares, the US Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The contract supports Navy and Army requirements, with work to be performed at various locations in the US and Germany, according to the Department.
The contract is expected to be completed in September 2030, according to the statement.
