BofA Securities raised its price target on Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) to $278 from $263 ahead of the company's Q3 earnings report.

The brokerage increased its Icotyde forecasts and updated its model to reflect recent IPR&D. With limited script and sales data available, the brokerage made only minimal changes to its 2026 revenue estimates, analysts led by Jason Gerberry wrote in a Tuesday note.

Johnson & Johnson has an average rating of overweight and mean price target of $282.81, according to analysts polled by FactSet.
