Lucid Rolls Out Air UX 3.0 With Updated Controls, Navigation

Lucid Group (LCID) introduced Air UX 3.0, a software update for Lucid Air vehicles that redesigns controls and navigation while adding improvements to media, profiles and vehicle functions, the company said Tuesday.

The update is available over the air for model year 2025 and newer Air vehicles. Eligible 2022, 2023 and some 2024 models can receive it with a $950 infotainment processor upgrade in the US, including installation and excluding taxes, Lucid said.

Air UX 3.0 also expands Apple CarPlay and Android Auto across the right side of the cockpit display and adds EV routing options based on charging networks, adapter compatibility and minimum arrival range, the company said.
