LARGAN Precision Signs Renewable Energy Deals to Cut Emissions

Largan Precision (TPE:3008) said it has expanded renewable energy use by signing power purchase agreements covering offshore wind and solar power, according to a Wednesday filing to the Taiwan Exchange.
The filing said the agreements cover 1.26 billion kilowatt‑hours of renewable energy. Largan expects the expanded use to cut carbon emissions by 587,100 metric tons.
The move supports the company's green energy and carbon‑reduction initiatives and corporate social responsibility efforts, the filing said.
