Gunkul Engineering Units Sign Additional Power Purchase Deals with Thai State-Owned Power Utility

Gunkul Engineering (SET:GUNKUL) units signed additional 25-year power purchase agreements with the state-owned power utility Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand for four renewable energy projects with total contracted capacity of 261.8 megawatts.
The projects comprise one solar project of 19.4 megawatts and three wind projects totaling 242.4 megawatts, according to a Monday Thai bourse filing.
The solar project is slated to start commercial operations in 2027, while the three wind projects will become commercially operational in 2030.
The company said the projects will further strengthen and diversify its renewable energy portfolio.
