Fire protection company Deluge Corp has lodged a preliminary prospectus to list on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, The Business Times reported on Tuesday.
The offer will include 23.4 million cornerstone shares to be issued to institutional and other investors, the report said.
Proceeds from the offering will fund infrastructure and operational capabilities, as well as strategic partnerships, acquisitions and expansion, the report added.
The company has concluded over SG$1 billion in cumulative projects across the city-state since its establishment in 1983, the report said.
