Digi International's Opengear Unit Signs Distribution Deal With Ingram Micro

Digi International's (DGII) Opengear unit signed its first pan-European distribution deal with Ingram Micro Holding (INGM), in line with the unit's growth strategy in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a Tuesday statement.
No financial terms were disclosed.
The deal will give Ingram Micro resellers access to Opengear's portfolio, expanding the latter's existing footprint in Europe and marking its entry to new markets such as Switzerland, Hungary, and Czech Republic, the companies said.
Opengear said its products will be available through participating Ingram Micro countries starting Oct. 1, subject to certain conditions.
