Red Star Macalline Group (HKG:1528) entered into a supplemental contract management agreement with Shaanxi Hongrui to provide management services for a commercial property in Xi'an from Sept. 30, 2026 to May 31, 2028, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The property, located in Weiyang District, has a gross floor area of about 141,298 square meters.
Shares of the company rose over 1% in Wednesday's trade.
