No terms or buyers were disclosed.

Included in the planned sale are more than 450 storage tanks housed in 12 terminals in Japan, with a cumulative 420,000 kiloliters of capacity, operating under the name Central Tank Terminal. The tank farms serve chemical, energy, logistics and agricultural customers.

Additionally, KKR plans to sell Central Terminal Korea, also a tank-farm operation, that serves South Korea's chemical and agricultural supply chains. The scale of Central Terminal Korea's operations, which include grain silos, was not disclosed.

KKR acquired the tank farms in Japan in 2021 and the facilities in South Korea in 2023.
