Adairs Group CEO to Resign; Shares Fall 5%

Adairs (ASX:ADH) said Group Chief Executive Elle Roseby has resigned from the role and is working with the board on an orderly leadership transition and succession plan, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

Roseby intends to remain in the role for all or most of her notice period, which is expected to run until March 2027, with her final departure date to be agreed upon as part of the transition, the filing said.

The board is set to begin the process of appointing Roseby's successor, the filing added.

The company's shares fell around 5% in recent Tuesday trade.
