Stakk's (ASX:SKK) ParaScript subsidiary won a contract to deliver a signature verification tool for the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The first phase of the FBI deployment is fully live, and work is now underway on a second phase that will add capabilities to locate and prepare reference signatures for verification, per the filing.

The agreement runs to December 2027 and may auto-renew for further 12-month terms. The contract is expected to "contribute meaningfully" to Stakk's fiscal 2027 revenue target, which is now expected to exceed AU$55 million, the company said.

The commercial terms of the contract are confidential.

Stakk shares surged 56% in recent Tuesday trade.
