Fujian Funeng to Pay First-Year Interest on 3.8 Billion Yuan Convertible Bond

Fujian Funeng (SHA:600483) will pay the first-year annual interest on its 3.80 billion yuan convertible bonds on Oct. 13, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The interest payment covers the period ending Oct. 12. The coupon rate for the first year is 0.20%, meaning bondholders will receive 0.20 yuan for every 100 yuan in face value.
Shares of the power producer were down 2% in recent trade.
