10x Genomics (TXG) on Tuesday announced the first commercial shipments of Atera, its new spatial biology platform.
Atera, introduced in April, combines whole-transcriptome analysis, subcellular resolution, single-cell sensitivity, and large-scale processing, the company said.
The company added that it also plans to use the platform to train artificial intelligence models of biology.
