Black Cat Syndicate (ASX:BC8) said its group mineral resources stand at 2.31 million ounces of gold, comprising 30.3 million tonnes at 2.4 grams per tonne (g/t) gold across its Paulsens, Kal East and Coyote operations, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said group ore reserves stand at 272,000 ounces of gold, comprising 5.3 million tonnes at 1.6 g/t gold across the Paulsens and Kal East gold operations, with the Paulsens underground updated mineral resource at 2 million tonnes at 5.4 g/t gold for 349,000 ounces.

The company added that "significant" growth potential is not yet reflected in the current inventory, including recent discoveries at Lynx and Regulus at Paulsens, with increased drilling planned to test extensions and grow and upgrade resources.

The company's shares fell 13% in recent Wednesday trade, reaching their lowest since August 2025.
