Stocks to Watch Tuesday Recap: Carnival, Lindt, Six Flags, Shein

Nvidia (NVDA): The chip maker's stock slipped 0.7%, a day after the company launched a $150 billion share buyback.

Carnival (CCL): Shares jumped 13% after the cruise operator reported record revenue in its latest completed quarter.

Six Flags Entertainment (FUN): Shares slid 5.9% after the company said it would retire a popular roller coaster at one of its parks in the wake of several lawsuits alleging rider injuries.

Cboe Global Markets (CBOE): The exchange operator's stock rose 3.4% after the company said it has extended its exclusive licensing agreement with S&P Dow Jones Indices by 25 years.

Lindt & Spruengli (CH:LISN): Shares in the Swiss chocolate maker slid about 8% in Zurich after it cut its sales forecasts for the year, citing lower-than-expected orders in some European markets and blaming Europe's summer heatwave.

Shein (HK:625): The fast-fashion retailer's stock tumbled 11% in Hong Kong after its first earnings since listing disappointed. Tariffs and logistics costs helped knock Shein's profit and stall its revenue growth.

Hapag-Lloyd (XE:HLAG): The German shipping company lifted its earnings forecast on strong market demand, boosting shares in Frankfurt almost 10%.

Shell (SHEL, UK:SHEL): British energy major said it would double production capacity at its LNG Canada facility as part of a bet on growing gas demand in Asia. Shell shares edged down 1.7%.
