Nayax, Getnet Partner on Integrated Payments in Latin America and Iberia

Nayax (NYAX) partnered with Getnet to offer integrated payment solutions for vending machines, electric-vehicle chargers, self-service kiosks and other automated businesses across Latin America and Iberia, the company said Tuesday.
The partnership combines Nayax's payment technology with Getnet's local acquiring network, with the rollout set to begin in Chile within the coming weeks before expanding to Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.
The agreement will expand Nayax's presence in Latin America, while Getnet will broaden its unattended commerce offerings and increase processing volumes, Nayax said.
Nayax shares were down 2% in premarket activity.
