Iovance Biotherapeutics (IOVA) stock was up more than 18% after the company raised its full year 2026 total revenue guidance to a range of $410 million to $420 million, from its prior outlook of $350 million to $370 million.
UniQure (QURE) shares were down more than 47% after the company said additional data from its ongoing phase 1/2 studies of AMT-130 in Huntington's disease showed less pronounced benefits at 48 months.
