MFC Industrial Investment Property and Leasehold Fund (SET:MII) received subscriptions for 73 million investment units out of 75.8 million units offered at 5.70 baht per unit, raising 416.1 million baht.
The offering comprised a preferential public offering, a public offering, and a private placement, with JCK Utilities Company subscribing for 5.11 million units through the private placement, according to a Monday bourse filing.
A total of 2.8 million units remained unsubscribed, it said.
