Key ASIC (KLSE:KEYASIC) has applied to Bursa Malaysia Securities for a further six-month extension to complete the implementation of its private placement.
The company is seeking to extend the deadline from Oct. 15, 2026, to April 14, 2027, according to a Wednesday filing.
