Teradyne (TER) said Tuesday it launched the Magnum E2 memory test system for DRAM and flash interfaces amid rising demand for AI compute.
The test system, which is built on the company's near-DUT test architecture, supports production and engineering configurations, according to a statement.
The system's built-in logic test capability supports both memory and logic testing, enabling clients to consolidate test insertions and lower program complexity, the company said.
Teradyne shares were up about 1.8% in Tuesday trading.
