Manulife Financial (MFC) is launching a new plugin in OpenAI's ChatGPT to enable users generate personalized travel insurance details and quotes, the insurer said Monday.
Customers seeking additional details or coverage options will be directed to the CoverMe.com website, Manulife said.
The initial launch will be available to eligible Canadians purchasing CoverMe Travel Insurance in English and French, the company said.
