Pearson (PSO) and Jinxin Technology (NAMI), known as Namibox, have signed a strategic cooperation memorandum aimed at aligning with the industry trend of artificial intelligence smart learning, Namibox said Monday.

The collaboration will combine educational content, China's local digital technology, and AI implementation capabilities, according to a statement.

The first products from the collaboration will launch in greater China and then be launched globally, with the initial phase expected to cover millions of learners, Namibox said.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.

Namibox shares were 34% higher in Monday trading.
